Slab City Talent Show Campout

Location: Slab City, about 3 miles northeast of the town of Niland on the far side of the Salton Sea, about 150 miles, 2½ hours drive from San Diego.
Directions: I-8 east to El Centro, north on hwy 111 to the town of Niland, right on Main St, continue about 3 miles into the desert along Beal Rd, our camp is just past Salvation Mountain, on the right when you see the guard house that says "Slab City Welcome". Join us for the mostly-annual road trip to California's Riviera, the paradise of the Salton Sea, for the concert event of a lifetime - the Slab City Talent Show. This year the show will be held on Saturday Jan 29th at the usual location - The Range in Slab City - starting at high noon and going on into the night.
