It has finally come to it, Kitty Kitty and African Queen "splitting the sheet". Too many cold rainy nights in February have finally taken a toll on their relationship. Too many hours spent in gay bars, trying to wheedle a discount on beer out of skeptical owners. So they'll end it all right where it started in 1991, at the Redwing Bar and Grill, 4012 30th St. For those of you who pay attention to things mathematical, 1991 - 2016 comes up to 26. Queenie ran away to the Solomon Islands for one of those Februarys. But finally the lure of more and better "Love The One You're With" runs called her back to dark nights on city sidewalks. Fortunately Kitty had remained loyal to the new tradition, and was waiting for her return. And if you remember back that far, they will provide the same food that was so well received in 1991.
The run ends on the back patio (the usual place) of the Redwing Bar and Grill, 4012 30th Street. There will be a bag van at the run start, however, Hashers may want to park near Redwing and walk over to the run start at N. Park Way and 31st. Please, no chairs, and if you park near Redwing don't take your bag inside until after 6:30. Don't forget to wear red!!
Great craft beer, soft drinks and water provided. If you wish other liquid refreshment please bring money.
