A new October adventure is in store for North County. Welcome to the first (Annual?) Dragon Mountain Hash. Big thanks to Failure to Launch for the name idea. Much better than Fauxuilla!

This is a three day event for those of you who wish to camp out at the [not so] sprawling Raycraft Manor in beautiful Fallbrook. Friday night will be a BYO Potluck affair (Fig Newtons do not count). On the plus side, there is a whole downtown area with bars, restaurants and even a local brewery. Campers will receive a continental breakfast Saturday morning. Saturday day will consist of your weekly North County fare with great trails and fantastic lunch. The campers will have a lovely Saturday evening meal and then continue partying into the evening. Sunday Morning breakfast will also be served for all the tent pitchers.

Fee: $6 Saturday hash and lunch
$25 for the whole weekend.
$19 difference can be paid ahead of time via PayPal using https://www.paypal.me/dragond1975

Bring dry clothes and a change of shoes because there will be some water obstacles for both Turkey and Eagle trails.

Directions to run start: From I-15 take Mission Rd and go 5 miles west; turn north/right on De Luz Rd. Continue 2.4 miles; go right at fork onto Sandia Creek Dr N. Parking area is in 1 mile (just before bridge); trailhead is east of parking lot.

Dogs must be on a leash for trail, should avoid eagle trail, and are welcome at the On-In as long as you pick up your dog's turds and have them pee at the neighbor's.
