Address: University Gardens Park on Governor Drive (Gullstrand St and Governor Drive)
Directions: Take 805 to Governor Drive. Go about half a mile to the West on Governor. Park is on the Right side (North) side of the street. I get no respect, no respect I tell you. Trail is Dog Friendly, Ending.. not so much (Long fence available to which you MUST tie your dog to). In honor of Dead Dog, who accuses me of being a Slacker.. there are 4 trails to choose from: The Walker (2.5 mi) and the Turkey (4.0 mi) are A to A -> Drive to "B" (Spoiler Alert!..."B" is near "https://goo.gl/maps/XpezeiqZW9P2" for those who want to get instructions on driving from "A" to "B").
A B-Van is provided for Eagles and Super Eagles which are running to "B" (and who should arrange a ride back with a Walker or Turkey). The Eagle/Super Eagle are 10K (6.2mi) and 15K(9.3mi) respectively, and feature Virgin Trail.. (yes - really). The Super Eagle trail is 95% off road (for those who felt shiggy deprived on last week's trail). *** It is suggested that Eagles wear gaiters due to thick shiggy and foxtails ***
