Directions: From South: 1-5 N to exit 30 toward Sorento Valley Blvd., Left on Roselle St, Right on Sorento Valley Blvd, go approx. 1 mile, destination on Right.
From North: 1-5 S to exit 32 toward Carmel Mountain Rd., Left onCarmel Mountain Rd., Right on Vista Sorento Pkwy., Left on Sorento Valley Blvd., go approx. 1 mile destination on Right

Welcome to Day 7 & conclusion to GAL week! This will be a Ride & Tie trail. 2 people share 1 bicycle. 1 person starts off on the bike & one starts off running. When you get to a check, you wait for your partner & switch. (Mountain bike recommended) Trail will be be a little bit longer than usual since 1/2 of trail will be on bike. But, if you really want to you can run the whole thing if you're a racist. So grab a friend (if you can any) with a bike & ride & tie one on this Sunday. WAIT THERE's MORE! There will be an additional running trail for all you wanks that can't find a friend and/or a bike.
