NCH3 is running a 95% "shiggy" trail, only a 15 minute drive from Red Dress Central (Mission Brewery) - featuring the best of San Diego including water crossings, and avoidable poison oak and cholla cactus (don't touch). It is suggested you bring water. There will be a Turkey (about 3 mi) and Eagle (5 mi) trail. Gaiters also suggested.
Please Do NOT park in the homeowner's driveway which is the easement leading to the Canyon; Park on the Street. Allow a few minutes to find parking spot and walk to the run start as parking is limited in the cul-de-sac.
