Notes:
Poway is too hot for a run so we decided on a coastal location instead. Cum out and enjoy cool ocean breezes and great views. Some of the trail is familiar, other parts we have rarely touched. Turkey is 5 miles, but flat and the eagle is 7+ and scenic. Not sure about dogs, parts of the trail ok, other parts no dogs. Food provided by Cums Overnight. Entertainment by the new GM team DW and Tick Tack. And, if you have your heart set on an Octoberfest hash this weekend, try the LJH3 on Monday.
