Ass Rammer says "Parking technically is illegal there before 7pm, but I never see the
meter maid out that late, nor that often. It's mostly to stop the
college kids from parking there while they're in class, so I don't
think it'll be much of an issue." Hmmm, he probably
gets lots of gals to stop by with this sort of information.
100% safe parking on Marletsa but then you have to walk a bit.
