Inspired by Harriettes from this year's Red Dress Run (see link above) and that we have not had a themed run for a while, California Larrikin's is proud to present the Pigtails and Pasties run. The weather should be warm, the beer should be flowing and the pasties must cover the entire areola in public!
No one can be nude. Note the definition of nude from the San Diego Municipal Code: it shall mean devoid of an opaque covering which covers the genitals, pubic hair, buttocks, perineum, anus or anal region of any person, or any portion of the breast at or below the areola thereof of any female person.
That code should cover all harriettes and Lacy!
So find some fun pasties and get someone to tie your hair into pigtails and come out for a relatively easy A-B run trail and walker trail. Parking in PB can be a bitch, so give yourself some extra time.
