Notes:
Downward will be offering a quick yoga lesson around 6ish to get your ankles stretched out for the shiggy. A to A run with turkey/eagle split. Channel 1 is under new owners and they are looking forward to meeting us. They will allow outside food in and there is plenty to choose from within the parking lot, pizza, Mexican, Thai and subway... oh you may need a light.
You also may need a change of clothes and the on in is not dog friendly.
