Virgin Hare, Virgin Terrain, Virgin... Mary?
Hare(s): No Means Gnome, Captain Jerk, and other secret hares you haven't seen in a while
Location: Cottonwood Creek Park, NE corner of Vulcan(RIP Nimoy)Ave and Encinitas Blvd.
Directions: From 5, take Encinitas Blvd toward that Great Big Blue Salty Wet Thing.
2nd light or so, go right on Vulcan, next right into park.
Parking lot will probably be full, so scratch that, park in dirt on Vulcan opposite the park.
Or... take the Coaster or Amtrak there. Station is diagonal from the park.

Come check out No Means Gnome's virgin haring! He's fresh out of haring school, got a 100.69% on his final exam, and has a head full of lies courtesy of scouting with Captain Jerk.
You will definitely need a flashlight for some epic parts of this trail. Another positive of that: it's supposed to be 80+F on Sunday, so consider much of the trail to be shady, nay, even air-conditioned.
Dogs not OK (sorry Ava) unless they have opposable thumbs or you can carry them through some places where dogs shouldn't be (sorry Ava).
Might wanna bring dry shoes.
Trail features a living room and one of the more appropriate beer checks ever.
This is the official hangover trail for the OC Hump Hash 20th Anniversary the night before. OC people -- take the train to the Encinitas station! This also means your hares will be hung over. You might even snare them. On-ON!
