LAST GAME OF THE SEASON!

This is it! Our final regular Thursday Volleyball H3 of the season!

The days are getting shorter, so it's time to squeeze in one last Thursday of volleyball before we call it for the year. We're a chill group, all skill levels are welcome, and you definitely do not have to be good at volleyball to come out and play.

BYOB and bring a chair. Light snacks will be provided.

But don't put away your ridiculous volleyball attire just yet...

Our END OF SEASON EVENT is still in the works! We're planning an epic day of volleyball, food, recognition, and celebrating another season of questionable athletic ability with some of our favorite people.

Keep an eye out because those details are coming soon!

For now, get your ass out for ONE LAST THURSDAY OF VOLLEYBALL!

Nana's & TwatDidYouSay put together a pleasantly challenging three, count em' three stage run that is sure to satisfy all your outdoor desires.

Stage I: Is a little living on the edge with sneaky private neighborhood running, a tropical oasis with a "taste" of shiggy and a short steep exit. In just under 2miles you will have completed a worthy task and can bow out knowing it was a job well done.

But wait, there's more!

Stage II: Will test your balance and agility. Will you boulder like a pro or just gas it up and take advantage of the hard packed single track trail? Either way expect an easy stream crossing or two as you go deep into SD's urban jungle. Maybe you'll even see some savages.
Stage III: The strength and guts test. Are you willing to put in the effort? If you are you will be rewarded with spectacular views and more nectar of the gods. Get sum.

All three stages deliver barely 3.2 miles. Easy peasy! It will have your body feeling great and you feeling satisfied with a job well done. Just drink your beer.

If you're missing out on NCH3 miles and vibes this weekend give SDH3 an opportunity to wet your whistle. None of the long fast miles but all of the outdoor adventures- and then some.

Food will be Costco pizza with some kind of protein and fruit. TBD.

Theme: physical fitness for all, get rid of Saturdays hangovers, acquire a good thirst for beer and persuade our older members they are not as old as they feel.

Costume: Be yourself.
