You have trained on the easier parts of Poway to the south and east but now is the time for the fittest and most adventurous to attempt the heart of Poway! It will be the LAST $6 run. There may be a bag of chips and salsa at the end or more. Run fast to find out! There will be eagle, turkey and walker trails. Rickashaw does not do beer checks so bring water. There is no room for dogs at the end and it would be wiser if they did not attempt the trails and stayed home to welcome you when you return. There is a pool and Jacuzzi at the end so bring swimsuits and towels.
