I hear we haven't run in South Park in a long time, so let's mix it up a bit. There's a lot of good shiggy we are connecting, so don't think this is a pavement pounder. Eagle is about 7.5, Turkey 5.5, Walker 3. Go Go will be making something delicious. Bring shade if you have it.
This can also be a warm-up for Sloshball, which is happening at 12 pm (1:30 Humpin Time), only 13 minutes north on the 805, at Murray Ridge Park (2559 Escondido Ave). Fun to play and fun to watch!
Update: It will be warm and muggy - BRING WATER!
