There's a Full Moon rising over the Miramar Summit, and and some unsuspecting rail riders are in for a show! It's that time of year again to cum out and show your best assets. There is no legal way to have more flashing fun than this hash. There is NO parking at on-in so pack a run bag, chairs and pop-up shelters into the B-Van. Sunscreen for those white cheeks highly advised.
