New Year's Recovery Run

Address: 9419 Lavell St. (Mt. Helix), La Mesa, CA 91941; a.k.a. Casa de COaY. Plenty of room to spread out.
Directions: Take US 8 east, use Fuerte/Severin Dr. exit but make immediate right onto Bancroft Dr., left on Edgewood Dr., go past the (first) Lavell St. to the (second) Lavell St. intersection. Turn left. House is fourth on the left up the hill.

Notes:
Time to recover from that New Year's party that wasn't and start the new year off right by getting high. We have some virgin trails known only to locals for you to de-flour. And a roaring lion. A well-marked 5 mile trail for all (there are T/E splits, E trails simply offer more challenging terrain), with a spectacular beer, margarita, water check. All false trails will of course have 3-line delimiters. Just munchies at the end so BYOB.
Trail will be available by 9:30 a.m. Beer Check will be staffed from 10 a.m. to 11+ a.m.
No Pink Panthers will be harmed in the setting of this run; candy canes optional.
NOTES:
- Trail is Dog Friendly - The On-In is NOT dog friendly.
- Restroom Facilities - Use Porta Pottys enroute. Bathrooms are NOT available at Start/End
