Address: Lanston Trail Head to Tecolote Canyon (Approx 6450 Lanston).
Directions: From "inland" - Take 15 or 163 to Friars Road - Head West to Ulric, North on Ulric, then West on Comstock to Lanston.. South on Lanston.
From "Coast" - Take 5 to 8 East, then take 163 North to Friars going West. Then quick right to Ulric North. Make left on Comstock, and proceed to Lanston. South on Lanston.

On after: End of Summer Pool Party at High 'n Tight's place (5088 Frink Ave) - approx 4.5 miles from On In.. Bring your bathing suits... Large pool, hot tub.
For those who are not familiar with the term "On After" - it means after down downs. So Circle will be held at "A", the "On After" is at High 'n Tights (Think of it as like going to a bar after the run)

Notes:
Trail Shoes recommended for ALL runners/walkers. 3.5 mile Turkey, 6 mile Eagle. Walker- about 2.5 miles. Turkey and Walker about 90% off road, Eagle about 70% off road. Trail is steep in places so make sure you have good treads. When going down some of the steeps, considering consider turning around and "stepping down".
This run is in Tecolote Canyon - so there is Poison Oak around; we didn't find any on the trail itself...
Dogs are allowed on trail and at the On In... but NOT at the On After (at the Pool Party).
